For example for trauma work it\u2019s possible that <a href=\"https:\/\/www.schemainstitute.co.uk\/understanding-schema-therapy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"schema therapy\">Schema Therapy<\/a> or <a href=\"https:\/\/ifs-institute.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">Internal Family Systems Therapy<\/a> might be helpful. Some individuals suffering from anxiety and procrastination find that Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is  very beneficial. Often therapists specialize. I\u2019d encourage you to search for somebody that is going to be able to meet your particular needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Are you <a href=\"https:\/\/www.who.int\/news-room\/fact-sheets\/detail\/autism-spectrum-disorders?gclid=CjwKCAiAx_GqBhBQEiwAlDNAZsXc5QQl6yO66qGM6_9h6rKErMsPLo3oPYbmU9A-KKOl5Jtu3rOklxoCoRwQAvD_BwE\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">neurodiverse<\/a>? When I ask this, I\u2019m asking if you are on the spectrum of processing. Do you process in an atypical manner? Do you have traits of Attention Deficit Disorder? Do you consider yourself to have <a href=\"https:\/\/www.what0-18.nhs.uk\/health-for-young-people\/mental-health-and-wellbeing\/autistic-spectrum-condition-asc\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"Autism Spectrum Condition \">Autism Spectrum Condition<\/a>. Is your therapist familiar in working with clients of this population? What about age, life experience, or how you therapist experiences gender norms?
